By registering for a Boston Society of Architects (BSA) event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Contact Information Sharing (Optional)
You may choose to opt in or out of sharing your name and email address with other event attendees at any time prior to the event. Any attendee list shared will be for networking purposes only and must not be used to send unsolicited messages or add individuals to mailing lists without their explicit consent. All registrants are expected to comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act. The Boston Society for Architecture (BSA) is not responsible for any misuse of attendee information by other participants after distribution.

Photo and Video Consent
Your registration indicates acceptance of the BSA’s Photo, Video, and Audio Release and Consent Policy. Portions of the event may be photographed, recorded, or livestreamed for archival or promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please notify BSA staff in advance. In accordance with this policy, your name will also be added to the BSA contact list to receive occasional updates about related programs. You may unsubscribe at any time. The BSA will not share or sell your contact information.

General Liability
By participating in this event, you assume all risks associated with attendance and participation. The BSA is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property that may occur during or as a result of this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
The BSA reserves the right to make changes to the program, deny registration, or remove individuals from the event at its discretion to ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees.
